To provide a method for producing an oil/fat composition that can suppress the addition of foreign taste to food/beverage and enhance the flavor and richness of food/beverage, and to provide an oil/fat composition produced by the production method, and an edible additive containing the same.SOLUTION: The method for producing oil/fat composition includes heating while pressurizing an edible oil/fat-containing oil/fat raw material, and in which the peroxide value of the oil/fat raw material is adjusted in the range of 1.0 to 3.3 meq/kg during the heating or after the heating.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
