The raw material M such as magnesium alloy chips is stored in one molding hole 21, a molding pin 21 is pushed therein, and the raw material is consolidated. Thereafter, the molding pin 21 is advanced as further being pressurized, and a molding pin 22 is retreated in a state where back pressure is applied thereto, thus the raw material M is fed from the molding hole 21 to a molding hole 22. The fining stage is successively practiced regarding molding holes 11 to 14. In a stirring stage, by advancing the molding pin 21, the raw material M is fed from the molding hole 11 to the molding holes 12, 14. Next, a molding pin 23 is retreated, a gap is formed in the molding hole 13, and thereafter, pressurizing members 22, 24 are advanced, thus the raw material M is dropt into the gap of the third molding hole 13, so as to perform the stirring of the raw material M.
