Abstract:
To provide a method for producing coated confectionery having chocolate coating on the whole or part of the outer wall of core confectionery of various shapes, especially without causing an excess and a deficiency of the chocolate and automatically coating to prevent unexpected adherence.
This method for producing the confectionery coated with chocolate or the like comprises holding the core confectionery on a holder fixed to a chain, coating a coating liquid on the outer wall of the whole or part of the outside of the core confectionery while rotating and moving the holder, freezing and solidifying the coating liquid and taking the core confectionery out from the holder.
