Title:
METHOD FOR PRODUCING COPPER NANOWIRE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2013194290
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a method for producing a copper nanowire, by which the copper nanowire can be synthesized at a mild temperature in water under normal pressure by using a small amount of a reaction reagent even under such a condition that the content of copper is a high concentration of ≥1 mass%, without using specific equipment.

A method for producing a copper nanowire includes: (1) a process for heating an aqueous solution containing a monovalent or divalent copper compound (a), chloride ions (b) and a copolymer (C) having a polyethylene imine skeleton (c1) and a polyethylene glycol skeleton (c2) at a temperature of ≤100°C; (2) a process comprising adding a reductant (d) for reducing a divalent copper compound into a monovalent copper compound to the aqueous solution obtained in (1) and heating the resulting aqueous solution at a temperature of ≤100°C, and (3) a process for taking a solid content out of a reaction solution obtained in (2).
