Abstract:
To reduce a size of an industrial plant in order to improve the capability of a core for molding a tire having high quality such as maintaining constant properties even after many molding cycles and also in order to simplify the whole method.
The method is for producing a core for molding a tire, which is equipped with an annular film, and the method comprises the following processes: a process for producing a film in a rotary molding die (2), a process for introducing a meltable material (6) having a melting point of 80-250°C under liquid state into the inner part of the film and a process for rotating the core in order to obtain a hollow core comprising a rigid shell of the said material (6) under substantially solid state.
