Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a catalyst on which a core-shell metal having a core-shell structure is supported.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for producing a catalyst which comprises: a core metal complex solution preparation step of mixing a core metal salt as a raw material of a core metal and a complexing agent to prepare a core metal complex solution; a shell metal complex solution preparation step of mixing a shell metal salt as a raw material of a shell metal and a complexing agent to prepare a shell metal complex solution; a carbon powder dispersion preparation step of mixing a carbon powder and a dispersant to prepare a carbon powder dispersion; a reduction step of mixing the core metal complex solution, the shell metal complex solution and the carbon powder dispersion and adding a reducing agent to reduce a core metal complex and a shell metal complex on the carbon powder; and a baking step of drying and baking a carbon powder on which a core-shell structure composed of the core metal and the shell metal obtained by the reduction step is deposited at a predetermined temperature.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3-2
