Abstract:
To provide a producing method by which crystallized glass substrates having a sufficiently large thermal expansion coefficient can be stably obtained.
The method of producing crystallized glass substrates comprises exposing an ultraviolet ray onto the glass substrates containing as the main component at least SiO2, with the exposure energy controlled in the range of 1-20 J/cm2, and then heat treating at heat treatment temperature controlled in the range of 780-900C.
