Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for efficiently producing cuprous chloride granular material which is uniform in grain size and is excellent in quality.
SOLUTION: This method for producing cuprous chloride granular material has a process of generating molten bath containing cuprous chloride and cupric chloride by chlorinating copper and generating molten bath of cuprous chloride by reducing the molten bath of cupric chloride and a process of producing the granular material of cuprous chloride by scattering the molten bath of cuprous chloride from a tip part unit of a guiding device 62 to a space and producing the granular material of cuprous chloride, and features that the process of generating the molten bath of cuprous chloride is continuously performed in one reactor 1.
