Abstract:
To provide a cyclic amine derivative or a salt thereof useful as an intermediate compound for synthesis and having amino groups in which only an endocyclic secondary amino group is protected.
This method for producing the compound represented by general formula (III) or the salt thereof comprises reacting a compound represented by general formula (II) with about 1 eq. acid salt of a compound represented by general formula (I) in the presence of a protonic solvent [in the formula, m and n are each an integer of 1-3; R is a protective group of a carboxyl group; and X is a leaving group].
