Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a cyclic olefin resin molded article which suppresses incorporation of black spots into a molded article due to oxidative deterioration of resin while suppressing the introduction cost and is excellent in product yield during continuous operation.SOLUTION: A method for producing a cyclic olefin resin molded article of a present invention is to produce the cyclic olefin resin molded article by using an injection molding machine 100 having a cylinder 10, a screw 20 inserted in the cylinder 10, and a hopper 30 for storing raw materials and supplying them into the cylinder 10. The method for producing the cyclic olefin resin molded article includes the steps of: supplying a cyclic olefin resin pellet from the hopper 30 into the cylinder 10; supplying an inert gas to a resin supply path 40 located between the hopper 30 and the cylinder 10; and melting the cyclic olefin resin pellet using the screw 20 in the cylinder 10 and injecting the molten resin into a mold 50.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
