Abstract:

To provide a method of producing daily dish bead which permits even watery daily dishes to be used as the daily dishes for the daily dish bead.

The method of producing daily dish bead includes a forming process to form a bread body 2 to ensure that bread dough will have a bottom 21 and an annular peripheral wall portion 22 continued with that by deforming the bread dough, a fermenting process to ferment the bread body 2 in a fermentation chamber, a baking process to bake the bread body 2 in a baking chamber, and a combining process to mount filling ingredients 3 and broth ingredients 4 solidified into a gel on the bread body 2. The method includes the processes of interposing the annular peripheral wall portion 22 between the inside face of a first form device and the outside face of a second form device in the forming process, and removing the second form from the bread body 2 by once taking out the bread body 2 from the baking chamber in the midst of baking and returning the bread body 2 to the baking chamber in the baking process.
