Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate production, to reduce costs and dispersion of shapes and qualities by forming diaphragm base material comprising a cylinder by means of an extrusion molding method, cutting a part in the direction of an axis, bending it along an axial direction line at the center part and forming a seagull shape which has two tub-like bent planes. SOLUTION: A long diaphragm base material 1 comprising a cylindrical body is produced by using an extruder and cut into desired length in the direction of an axis. As the material of the base material 1, a resin material such as polyamide and polyester whose characteristics such as Young's modulus and internal loss are appropriate as a diaphragm is selected. A seagull shape that consists of two tub-like bent planes is formed, by cutting a cylinder along a cut part 3 in the direction of an axis and bending it at a central part 2 along a folding line in the direction of an axis in such a direction that the part 3 is opened. Desired reinforcement effect and vibrational modes are obtained by partially setting the thickness according to a cavity shape of the extruder.
