This method for producing dried soybean curd refuse comprises a feed process S1 for feeding raw soybean curd refuse 21 to a drying chamber 5, a drying process S2 for drying the raw soybean curd refuse 21 to give dried soybean curd refuse 22, a transportation process S3 for transporting the dried soybean curd refuse 22, and a storage process S4 for storing the transported dried soybean curd refuse 22. The storage process S4 is carried out to make the dried soybean curd refuse 22 at ≤95°C.
