To provide a method for producing an enamel leather product that can form irregular and unshaped color patterns on a surface of an enamel leather product, ensures variations on design, and can improve versatility.

The method includes: an enamel processing step of forming an enamel layer on a surface of a leather-like sheet with an undyed grain side; a cutting step of cutting the enamel processed leather-like sheet with a grain side in conformity to the shape of a predetermined shape of a part of a product; an assembling step of assembling the cut parts of a product to form a primary product; a substrate dyeing step of impregnating the assembled primary product with a light color dyeing solution from a back side to a grain side; a primary drying step of drying the light color dyeing solution of the primary product after dyeing the substrate; an upper sheet dyeing step of impregnating a lower layer of the enamel layer of the primary product after the primary drying with a dark color dyeing solution; and a secondary drying step of drying the dark color dyeing solution of the primary product after dyeing the upper sheet.
