Abstract:
To provide a method for producing foamable polyamide-based resin particles capable of sufficiently impregnating a foaming agent into the inside of the polyamide-based resin particles under conditions of lower temperature and/or in a shorter period of time than before, and to provide a method for producing foamable polyamide-based resin particles capable of obtaining foamed particles having a small apparent density in which uniform closed-cells are formed throughout the entire foamed particles by heating with hot air, an oil bath, or the like.SOLUTION: The method for producing foamable polyamide-based resin particles of the present invention is a method of impregnating polyamide-based resin particles in a moisture absorption state of the moisture content 2.5 mass% or more with an inorganic physical foaming agent in a gas phase.
