Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a fiber-reinforced resin molded part of a branch pipe in which the generation of wrinkles and the generation of a matrix resin-unimpregnated part are suppressed, and the fiber-reinforced resin molded part of the branch pipe.SOLUTION: Provided is a fiber-reinforced resin molded part of a branch pipe comprising: a covering step where a resin branch pipe 100 including the main pipe 110 and a branch pipe 120 is covered with a layer of a reinforcing fiber sheet 300; and an infusion molding step. The reinforcing fiber sheet 300 has a size and shape including the projection part of the whole of the resin branch pipe 100 and the residual part, and cuts Cm, Cb. In the covering step, a fixation part AD as a part of the reinforcing fiber sheet 300 is fixed to the resin branch pipe 100, and further, the main covering part 350 covers at least either outer side face 150to a parting plane D including the shaft center Om of the main pipe and the shaft center Ob of the branch pipe. Further, auxiliary covering parts 361, 362, 365 cover the main pipe 110 and the branch pipe 120 to the outer circumferential directions, respectively.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
