Abstract:
To provide a method for producing a woven fabric free from defect of tight pick by using a filament having ≥90 g/number and ≤120 g/number elastic limit tension as weft.
This filament woven fabric has both of warp and weft each composed of a filament yarn. When the filament woven fabric is produced at ≥500 rpm and ≤800 rpm numbers of revolution of a loom by using a water jet loom, instantaneous maximum tension during traveling of weft is kept to elastic limit tension or below of the weft.
