Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a filler resin capable of stabilizing viscosity irrespective of seasons.
SOLUTION: In a coupling treatment process in the method for producing the filler resin containing silica, aging of silica filler after the coupling treatment is carried out by maintaining temperature in the range of 22±3°C and humidity in the range of 50±10 RH% and the silica filler is used for mixing with the resin. By the method the viscosity of CLE varnish (filler resin) is stabilized around the aimed value.
