Abstract:
To provide a production method capable of simply producing fine particles dispersed in an oil phase and having narrow particle size distribution.
A method of producing fine particles dispersed in an oil phase includes: a mixing step of mixing an oil phase having higher boiling point than water, an emulsifier, and an aqueous phase containing water and a particle constituent, to obtain a mixed solution; an emulsifying step of circulating the mixed solution in a static mixing apparatus to obtain a water-in-oil emulsion; and a producing step of removing the water from the water-in-oil emulsion to produce the fine particles.
