Abstract:
To provide a method for producing a fluorinated adamantane derivative which is useful as a synthetic intermediate of medicine and agricultural chemical.
The method for producing the fluorinated adamantane derivative represented by formula (2) is provided in which a mono- or di-substituted adamantane derivative is directly fluorinated by a fluorine gas in a nitrile-based solvent. [in formula, A denotes a hydroxy carbonyl group, a cyano group and the like, C denotes a hydrogen atom, a hydroxycabonyl group, a fluorine atom and the like and D denotes a fluorine atom or a hydrogen atom].
