Abstract:

To provide a method for producing a fluororesin-made component, with which a coating agent layer can be stuck closely and excellently to the surface of the fluororesin-made component without using liquid chemical processing and the production time thereof can be shortened, and to provide the fluororesin-made component.

A medical tube is produced by using the production method including: a surface modification step of granulating a modifying material electrode 12 containing one or more metallic elements and scattering the granulated modifying material electrode toward the surface of the fluororesin-made tube body 2 while applying plasma treatment by inert gas to the surface of the tube body 2, so that particles each containing a metal or alloy containing the metallic elements, oxides of the metallic elements or nitrides of the metallic elements are dispersed on the surface of the tube body 2 to form a modified surface; and a coating agent layer formation step of applying a coating agent containing a synthetic resin to at least a part of the modified surface and curing the applied coating agent to form the coating agent layer.
