Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To bake a good French bread by using a household oven by a simple operation.
SOLUTION: Metal pipes are arranged in a row in receiving trays detachably stored on a lower shelf part and a middle shelf part of a baking chamber of a household oven, an iron plate is stored at a proper position of the baking chamber, the baking chamber is preheated, the iron plate is taken out, bread dough after finish fermentation is placed on the iron plate, coops are formed, then the bread dough having the coops together with the iron plate is placed on the metal pipes at the middle shelf part so that the bread dough is stored in the baking chamber and baked in the baking chamber while generating steam by sprinkling water on the metal pipes at the lower shelf. The surfaces of the metal pipes are made into smooth surfaces.
