To provide a method for hygienically and continuously producing frozen dessert not adhering to teeth when chewed with teeth, capable of relishing it for a long time when licking it and having hard candy-like texture, by which grain ices can continuously be bound and formed without grinding grain ices to each other by strong pressure and causing adhesion of grain ices to the pressing means.
This method for producing the frozen dessert comprises (1) a step for packing grain ices into a forming mold, (2) a step for heating the surface of a packed material of grain ices packed in the forming mold, (3) a step for pressing the heated and packed material of grain ices, (4) a step for keeping the pressed formed product of grain ices in the forming mold, binding grain ices to each other and obtaining frozen dessert, and (5) a step for releasing the frozen dessert from the forming mold.
