Title:
METHOD FOR PRODUCING FUNCTIONAL SOAP WITH COLORED PATTERN
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2002309296
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a method for producing a novel soap which keeps the health of the skin and the beauty of a colored pattern to the end and has far infrared radiation/antibacterial functions and the colored figure.

Since a large amount of a far infrared radiative ceramic powder is mixed into both of a coating film of a transfer pressure-sensitive adhesive (an epoxy modified melamine resin) and a coating film (a transparent polyurethane resin coating) for protecting the transferred soap surface, the contents of the far infrared radiative ceramic powder is high and accordingly, far infrared rays are well radiated and effective for the activation of the skin. Further, by mixing a flat paste into the protective coating film (the transparent polyurethane resin coating) for protecting the transferred soap surface, the soap has the same semi-glass external appearance as the conventional soap and by mixing an inorganic antibacterial agent, the soap has an antibacterial action against various bacteria. The transparent polyurethane resin coating is a lead-free coating which meets to the Food Sanitation Law, and accordingly safe.
