To provide a method for producing a gas turbine component using an integrated type disposable core and shell die.
The method comprises: a step where the integrated type disposable core and shell die (34) of an authentic gas turbine component (10) is prepared; a step where the integrated type disposable core and shell die (34) is passed through, so as to insert at least one through rod (43); a step where an integrated type core and shell mold (44) is cast into the integrated type disposable core and shell die (34); a step where the integrated type disposable core and shell die (34) is removed, so as to obtain the integrated type core and shell cast mold (44) with at least one through rod (43) arranged therein; a step where, using the integrated core and shell cast mold (44), an authentic gas turbine component duplication (46) is cast; and a step where the integrated type core and shell cast mold (44) and at least one penetrating rod (43) are removed, so as to obtain the authentic gas turbine component duplication (46).
