Abstract:

To suppress sedimentation or flotage of an insoluble solid content such as jelly or juice sac contained in a milk beverage.

The milk beverage is produced by cooling an aqueous solution obtained by dissolving a milk component and gellan gum by heating to a gel point or below while stirring the aqueous solution. The milk beverage contains gel having fluidity and the insoluble solid content.
