Abstract:
To provide a method for producing a granule in which functional material is retained and that is excellent in fluidity.SOLUTION: A method for producing granule comprises:a step of obtaining a mixed suspension that contains at least one selected from a group consisting of crystalline sugar and crystalline sugar alcohol and a functional material and in which a part of the sugar and/or sugar alcohol is contained in a crystalline state, and a step of spraying-drying the mixed suspension under a low temperature condition.SELECTED DRAWING: None
