Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a heat sink requiring no additional heating to a base material for forming a heat radiation resin coat so as to be excellent in productivity and also uniformizing the coat thickness of the heat radiation resin coat formed on the surface of the base material.SOLUTION: Provided is a method for producing a heat sink in which a heat radiation resin coat is formed on the surface of a base material, comprising: a step for discharging a base material from a mold for die casting after the base material is subjected to die casting; and a step for, using the excess heat of the base material discharged from the mold for die casting, forming a heat radiation resin coat on the surface of the base material. In the step of forming a heat radiation resin coat, the heat radiation resin coat is formed on the surface of the base material by pasting a heat radiation resin film on the surface of the base material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
