Abstract:
To provide a technique for producing a helmet reinforcing body excellent in lightweight property, corrosion resistance and durability in good productivity and at low cost while ensuring strength required for helmet.
This method for producing the helmet reinforcing body comprises using a magnesium alloy containing aluminum and manganese as an alloy component, packing a melt obtained by melting the magnesium alloy into a cavity of a mold by die casting operation using a die cast machine and forming the helmet reinforcing body.
