PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of solid fine particles which can efficiently remove a medium, does not change crystallites of the particles significantly, and maintains crystallinity.SOLUTION: In a manufacturing method of fine particles, a compound is pulverized by vibrating beads by an ultrasonic generator 8 in a pressure-resistant container with a gas or liquid medium supplied.
