To provide a method for producing a composite confectionery improved in heat resistance without spoiling its flavor inherent in genuine chocolates and without getting out of shape nor getting sticky on its surface.

This method for producing a composite confectionery improved in heat resistance comprises placing or depositing a chocolate on a hydrous food material followed by baking them.
