Title:
METHOD FOR PRODUCING HIGHLY REACTIVE CARBONACEOUS MATERIAL, HIGHLY REACTIVE CARBONACEOUS MATERIAL, AND METHOD FOR USING CARBON-CONTAINING AGGLOMERATED ORE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2011162866
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a method for producing a highly reactive carbonaceous material for producing a pig iron which can easily produce a carbonaceous material having high reactivity using carbonaceous material such as ordinary coke and biomass char, and a method for using a highly reactive carbonaceous material and a carbon-containing agglomerated ore.

Hyperfine iron oxide powder produced by subjecting pickling waste liquid exhausted from an iron mill rolling process to spraying roasting is rollingly mixed with a carbonaceous material in a vessel so as to be applied to the surface of the carbonaceous material thus to produce a highly reactive carbonaceous material. By using the produced highly reactive carbonaceous material for a carbon-containing agglomerated ore as iron manufacturing raw material, a high speed reduced body is produced.
