To propose a method for producing a honeycomb panel in which firstly, a fiber-reinforced plastic surface plate is adhered surely to a honeycomb core, secondly, the occurrence of excessive adhesion, the bias of weight, etc., is prevented, and thirdly, the panel can be produced simply and easily without causing problems.

In the production method, first, a composite fiber-reinforced plastic layer 2 impregnated with a liquid resin 3 is arranged on both open end faces 9 of the honeycomb core 1 through a regulation absorption film material 8 such as a nonwoven fabric. The honeycomb core 1 of a core material is adhered to the surface plate 6 made of the fiber-reinforced plastic layer 2 by a resin to mold the whole in a prescribed shape. The bleeding of the resin 3 of the fiber-reinforced plastic layer 2 is regulated by the film material 8, the resin 3 penetrates into the film material 8 to be absorbed, and the amount of the resin 3 adherent to the honeycomb core 1 is adjusted by the film material 8.
