Title:
二酸化炭素の共存下のフィッシャートロプシュ法による炭化水素類の製造方法
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP4660039
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a hydrocarbon from a synthesis gas, wherein the reaction can stably and smoothly be carried out in the coexistence of carbon dioxide in high chain-growing probability, excellent olefin selectivity, excellent C5 + productivity, and high catalyst activity. SOLUTION: This method for producing the hydrocarbon comprises preliminarily reducing a catalyst which is prepared by carrying a constant amount of the compound of at least one metal selected from alkali metals, alkaline earth metals rare earth metals and the group III elements in the periodic table and a constant amount of ruthenium on a carrier comprising an aluminum oxide and a manganese oxide in which the average number of charges of manganese exceeds Mn<2+> , dispersing the pre-reduced catalyst in a liquid hydrocarbon in a constant concentration, and then bringing the synthesis gas into contact with the catalyst in the coexistence of a constant amount of carbon dioxide at a constant pressure and at a constant reaction temperature.
