Abstract:
To provide a method of producing hypochlorous acid water, capable of not so sensitively, flexibly, and practically instantaneously adjusting pH of hypochlorous acid water to be generated, and more surely preventing generation of chlorine gas.SOLUTION: In the method of producing hypochlorous acid water by making a hypochlorite aqueous solution contact with a strong acidic cation exchange resin so as to generate hypochlorous acid water, pH of hypochlorous acid water to be generated is adjusted by adjusting the feed amount per unit time of the hypochlorite aqueous solution to be made contact with the strong acidic cation exchange resin.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
