To provide a method for producing immobilized cutinase immobilized to a carrier and having high ester synthesis activity.

The method for producing the immobilized cutinase for synthetic reaction of an ester comprises immobilizing cutinase under a condition of pH 6-7 onto a carrier having pores having 2-20 nm average pore diameter.
