Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem in which only a small amount of medicine arrives at a site of action, and the medicine may cause a side effect on a healthy tissue of the body on the basis of the distribution thereof.SOLUTION: The invention relates to a method for producing injectable medicament preparations containing a therapeutically and/or diagnostically effective agent which comprises an active agent, a spacer molecule, and at least one protein-binding molecule, and after being added to the body, covalently bonds to the body fluid or tissue constituents via the protein-binding molecule. Thus, the transport form of the active agent that can be cleaved pH-dependently, hydrolytically, or enzymatically in the body under the condition of the active agent released is present.SELECTED DRAWING: None
