Abstract:

To provide a method for producing an isocyanate group-having (meth)acrylate derivative, by which an isocyanate group-having 3-chloropropionate derivative is dehydrochlorinated in profitable mild conditions to produce the isocyanate group-having (meth)acrylate derivative having a small hydrolysable chlorine residual content in a high yield.

This method for producing the isocyanate group-having (meth)acrylate derivative, comprising dehydrochlorinating the isocyanate group-having 3-chloropropionate derivative in the presence of a tertiary nitrogen-having basic nitrogen compound, is characterized in that the tertiary nitrogen of the basic nitrogen compound has at least one group except aromatic ring groups.
