Abstract:
To provide a method for producing a lattice for a cascade type reverse thrust device of a jet engine.SOLUTION: A method for producing a lattice for a reverse thrust device includes: a step a) of producing a first component containing a continuous fiber or long fiber which is preliminarily impregnated with a thermoplastic or thermosetting resin; and a step b) of producing a series of second components each containing discontinuous fibers which are preliminarily impregnated with the thermoplastic or thermosetting resin subsequently to or together with the step a), in which in the step b), in order to form a comb structure, on the one end, the second components are arranged so as to cross a longitudinal direction of the first component on at least one side of the first component, on the other hand, the second components are arranged so as to be separated from each other according to the longitudinal direction, and the second components are integrated with the first component.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
