Abstract:
To provide a method for producing a legwear component by which thin legwear having fine meshes and provided with beautiful patterns having good appearance through full length can be produced without requiring any skill.
The method for producing a legwear component comprises sewing up upper and lower component surface parts of a top-open finger-bag forming part stretched in a foot width direction via sewing portions into a toe shape to form five toe bags, cutting off the outer peripheral parts of the five toe bags along the sewn-up stitches, and making lockstitches in and out along the toe shapes a plurality of times followed by making overcasting stitches across the inner and outer stitches.
