Abstract:
To provide an FRP(fiber-reinforced plastic) product which is narrow and long.
A fabric 16 of reinforcing fibers is wound spirally onto an arbor 10. The weft of 18 of the fabric 16 is arranged approximately in parallel to the arbor 10, and the warp 20 is wound spirally. The wound fabric 16 is impregnated with a resin 22, and the resin 22 is heat-cured by a heater 24. Tension and torsion are applied to the arbor 10, the cured resin is peeled off from the arbor 10, and the arbor 10 is extracted. The radius of curvature of the reinforcing fibers is increased by winding them spirally to facilitate the winding.
