Abstract:
To provide a method for producing a low-amount chloride-containing raw material from a chloride-containing crude oil or fat raw material.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for producing a low-amount chloride-containing raw material from a chloride-containing crude oil or a fat raw material. The method comprises the following steps of: providing the chloride-containing crude oil or the fat raw material; bringing the chloride-containing crude oil or the fat raw material into contact with at least one degumming agent under the degumming conditions to obtain a degummed raw material; bringing the degummed raw material into contact with at least one first chloride removal agent under the first chloride removal conditions to obtain a first de-chlorinated raw material; bringing the first de-chlorinated raw material into contact with at least one bleaching agent under the bleaching conditions to obtain a bleached raw material; bringing the bleached raw material into contact with at least one second chloride removal agent under the second chloride removal conditions to obtain a low-amount chloride-containing raw material; and routing out the low-amount chloride-containing raw material from a second chloride removal step.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
