Abstract:
To provide a method for producing a mushroom fruiting body with reduced potassium content.SOLUTION: A method for producing a mushroom fruiting body with reduced potassium content includes cultivating of mushrooms by using a culture medium that includes 20 to 100 mg of potassium and 10 to 250 mg of sodium per 100 g (raw weight) of culture medium, or includes 20 to 100 mg of potassium and 1 to 10 mg of sodium per 100 g (raw weight) of culture medium, and furthermore, has a composition including osmolyte if required.SELECTED DRAWING: None
