Abstract:
To provide a method for efficiently producing a lymphocyte applicable to adoptive immunotherapy.
Disclosed is a method for producing lymphocytes, wherein the lymphocytes or precursor cells of lymphocyte are cultured in contact with (1) a solid phase immobilized the antibody using a solution containing an anti-CD3 antibody in concentration of less than 5 g/mL and/or (2) a solid phase immobilized the polypeptides using a polypeptide solution containing an amino acid sequence derived from fibronectin in concentration of less than 25 g/mL. Efficient production of lymphocytes excellent in a survival rate to living body and sustainability of phenotype becomes possible using the method.
