Abstract:
To provide a method for producing a magnetic coating material with high productivity including a dilution step of kneading a raw material of a magnetic coating material by a pressurized kneader and then diluting the resultant material, while continuously applying a uniform shearing force to the magnetic coating material.
A load current value that changes by torque to be applied to a blade in a diluting process is, when the current value is likely to rapidly change, fed back to a mechanism of a torque changing means, and torque is reduced so that the current value is significantly changed, while applying a proper shearing force.
