Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a mannooligosaccharide-containing product from coffee-extracted grounds which is waste from food production.SOLUTION: By using specific conditions for heating temperature, heating time, acid concentration, concentration of coffee-extracted grounds and others, a target product can be produced in high yields and furfural generation is suppressed.SELECTED DRAWING: None
