To provide a method for producing a medicine by which the medicine having a medicament-containing layer, the first functional layer laminated on one side of the medicament-containing layer directly or through an intermediate layer, and the second functional layer laminated on the other side of the medicament-containing layer directly or through an intermediate layer is produced while reducing a heating time of the medicament as possible, and while reducing the number of steps required for the production of the medicine as possible.

The first intermediate 11a having the first medicament-containing layer 3a containing a thermoplastic polymer as a base agent, and the first functional layer 2a laminated on one side of the first medicament-containing layer 3a, and having the exposed other side of the first medicament-containing layer 3a, and the second intermediate 11b having the second medicament-containing layer 3b containing the thermoplastic polymer as the base agent, and the second functional layer 2b laminated on one side of the second medicament-containing layer 3b, and having the exposed other side of the second medicament-containing layer 3b are prepared, and the first medicament-containing layer 3a of the first intermediate 11a is heat-sealed with the second medicament-containing layer 3b of the second intermediate 11b.
