Abstract:
To provide a method for producing a (meth)acrylic acid ester useful as a raw material for a resin as a constituent component of a coating material, an adhesive, a pressure-sensitive adhesive, a resin for ink, a resist, a molding material, an optical material and the like, especially the raw material for a resin for the resist in good yield.
The method for producing the (meth)acrylic acid ester carries out the steps of an acid-adding step for producing a carboxylic acid adduct by adding a carboxylic acid to a compound represented by formula (5), an acid-removing step for removing the carboxylic acid, and an ester-interchanging step for interchanging esters between the carboxylic acid adduct and a (meth)acrylic acid ester in order.
