Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a methanol reforming catalyst which is strong in mechanical vibration and thermal shock, and a larger amount of which can be cavied. SOLUTION: An inorganic fiber consisting of glass, silica, alumina or the like, is blended with raw material powder of a Cu-based catalyst and a binder to prepare a slurry and honeycomb structures 14, 16 are formed by using the prepared slurry.
