Abstract:
To provide a method for producing a modified polyolefin resin using a same-direction multi-screw extruder capable of making quality of a product constant.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for producing a modified polyolefin resin using a same-direction multi-screw extruder. When preparing a modified polyolefin resin which has a graft weight of at least one modified component selected from a group consisting of an unsaturated carboxylic acid, an anhydride thereof and an unsaturated carboxylic acid derivative with respect to a polyolefin resin of 0.1 to 20 wt.% and has an average molecular weight of 5,000 to 300,000, a raw material containing a polyolefin resin and a modifying component which has been put into the same-direction multi-screw extruder is fed through each barrel of a raw material mixing part, a melt-kneading part, a reaction part, and a devolatilization cooling part in this order to be extruded as a modified polyolefin resin, and a barrel temperature of a vent part existing in the devolatilization cooling part is set to be 70 to 150°C.SELECTED DRAWING: None
